Preise
Alle Preise sind ohne Mehrwertsteuer Schweiz.
Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt per Post oder via Direktabholung. Die Lieferfrist beträgt normalerweise 5 – 10 Tage.
Da unsere Produkte keine Massenprodukte sind, sind eventuell längere Lieferfristen nicht zu vermeiden.
Fehlt ein Artikel, werden wir Sie benachrichtigen.
In diesem Fall liefern wir in Teillieferungen aus, ohne Kostenfolge für Sie.
Versandkosten
Bei Vorausrechnungen werden die effektiven Porto- und Verpackungskosten berechnet.
Beschädigungen
Bitte benachrichtigen Sie uns sofort, spätestens aber innerhalb von 14 Tagen, falls eine Sendung beschädigt bei Ihnen eintrifft.
Lassen Sie sich den Schaden von der Post bestätigen.
Wir lassen Ihnen Ersatz zukommen – gegen Rücksendung der beschädigten Ware. Das Rücksende-Porto erstatten wir in Form von Artikeln aus dem Shop in der Höhe des Portobetrags.
Bezahlung
Alle Preise verstehen sich in Schweizerfranken je 1 Stück (ohne MWSt). Die Bezahlung erfolgt per Vorausrechnung oder bar vor Ort in Therwil.
Uns bekannte Kunden können auch per Rechnung bezahlen. Eine Erstbestellung sollte dafür mind. SFr. 100.00 betragen.
Rückgaberecht
Artikel, die Ihnen nicht zusagen, können innert 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgesandt werden, sofern die Ware unbenützt, ungeöffnet und unbeschädigt in der Originalverpackung retourniert wird.
Die Portokosten gehen in diesem Fall zu Ihren Lasten.

Änderungen ohne Ankündigung vorbehalten. Da unsere Produkte keine Massenartikel sind, können leichte Unterschiede in Zusammensetzung und Aussehen (auf den Fotos etc.) entstehen. Die Farbtöne sehen auf jedem Bildschirm verschieden aus.
Deshalb können Sie die tatsächlichen Farbtöne nur anhand der Originalfarben wirklich beurteilen!

We confirm every order via email.

Delivery
Delivery is carried out via parcel service – generally within 5-10 days. However, please remember that our products are not mass-produced articles.
We will not always be able to avoid longer delivery times. In such cases, the order can also be carried out in partial shipments – without additional costs for you.
Shipping costs
We charge the effective shipping cost per order.
If, of course, we are forced to deliver your order in partial shipments due to technical reasons, the shipping cost is only levied once.
Defects
We must be notified of obvious defects immediately, but within 14 days following delivery at the latest. Please let damaged parcels be confirmed by the parcel service.
We shall provide you with a replacement. Please send the goods back to us.
Payments
By prepayment based upon the confirmation of order you will get by email or by postage. Payments on invoice for regular clients only.
No credit cards but via PayPal, sorry (the costs are much too high for both parties).
Return & cancellation
You have a general right to return goods within a period of 14 days.
You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived and to take reasonable care ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit.
If the goods do not meet your expectations, please contact us. You can always talk to us.
Miscellaneous
